Appointments & Consultations
A consultation and patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first treatment. Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time or cancellation. You must notify us of any changes to your medical history, medications, or skin condition before each treatment.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking. Deposits will be deducted from your total treatment cost. Remaining balance must be paid on the day of the treatment via card, cash or an external finance option.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit or treatment deduction if part of a pre-paid course. Cancelled appointments or no shows within 24hrs, a session/deposit is deducted. Repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.
Patch Test & Suitability
A patch test is mandatory and must be performed on every new client at least 24–48 hours before the first treatment.
Treatment will not proceed if:
– You are pregnant or breastfeeding
– You have open lesions or wounds in the treatment area
– You are using medications that cause photosensitivity (unless confirmed safe)
– You have unhealed, sunburnt or tanned skin (natural or artificial) Although for the best possible results we recommend no sun exposure during treatments.
Results & Expectations
Results will vary between clients based on skin type, hair colour, hormones, and adherence to aftercare. We cannot guarantee results regarding the degree or duration of hair reduction. Multiple sessions are required for optimal results (typically 6–10, spaced 4–8 weeks apart).
Aftercare
Clients are provided with written and/or verbal aftercare instructions after each session. Failure to follow aftercare (e.g., use of irritants or irritations) may result in complications for which we are not liable.
Contraindications & Health Disclosure
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for your condition.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for treatments or packages once started. All treatment courses are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the first session, therefore all sessions need to be used within this period. Missed sessions may delay your results, you must follow the duration guidelines and recommended weeks between sessions.
Photography & Consent
With your written permission, before and after photos may be taken for treatment tracking or marketing. You may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time in writing.
GDPR & Privacy
Your personal and medical data is kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR. You may request access to your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Liability
While all precautions are taken, we are not liable for adverse reactions.
